李克强表示，中捷关系发展良好。今年习近平主席成功访捷。中方愿本着相互尊重、平等互利的原则，同捷方巩固政治互信，深化各领域互利合作，特别是着力加快民用核能、高铁等领域合作，并以此促进相互投资；着眼第三方市场合作，提升制造业合作水平；扩大金融合作，探讨在捷克发行人民币债券；加大地方、卫生、旅游等人文领域交流互鉴，推动两国战略伙伴关系长期健康发展。
李克强指出，中国加入世界贸易组织15年来，全面履行入世承诺，付出了巨大努力。欧盟等经济体也应履行《中国加入世贸组织议定书》第十五条承诺的义务，如期停止在反倾销问题上对华采取“替代国”做法。中欧间的贸易争端应通过磋商和谈判妥善解决，不应把履约同其他具体问题挂钩处理。希望捷克作为欧盟成员多做工作，促进中欧贸易投资往来自由化、便利化，共同反对贸易保护主义，更多造福双方人民。
李克强赞赏捷方大力支持并参与“16+1合作”，强调中国—中东欧国家合作与中国—欧盟关系发展相辅相成，相互促进。希望捷方作为中国在欧盟和中东欧地区的重要合作伙伴，同中方一道巩固和加强中欧关系与“16+1合作”的良好发展势头，推动年内举行的中国—欧盟领导人会晤和中国—中东欧国家领导人会晤取得更多互利互惠的务实成果。
索博特卡表示，捷中关系快速发展，务实合作取得积极成果。我半年内两次访华，两国关系已提升到新的水平。捷方愿进一步加强两国航空、金融等领域合作，全力支持“16+1”合作，进一步推动欧中关系发展，打造中东欧国家和中国之间的金融合作中心和交通枢纽，希望能够主办中东欧国家—中国领导人会晤。捷方理解欧盟履行《中国加入世贸组织议定书》第十五条义务的重要性，赞同这一问题早日得到解决。
