　　为做好学校“十三五”事业发展规划和综合改革方案的起草论证调研工作，6月14日，我校党委书记李宗伟、院长张志民一行7人赴解放军艺术学院，围绕艺术人才培养、教育教学改革、艺术创作实践、师资队伍和师德师风建设等方面进行了综合学习考察。

　　解放军艺术学院院长、著名歌唱家、歌剧表演艺术家、我校校友彭丽媛教授热情会见了山艺代表团一行。彭院长深情回忆了在山艺的学习生活经历，对母校优良的治 学传统、深厚的文化积淀、严谨的教风学风记忆犹新，并期望青年学子们继承传统、德艺兼修、刻苦勤奋、勇于超越。彭院长还向山艺全体师生员工特别是老一辈教 育工作者表示亲切问候和祝福。

　　学习考察期间，解放军艺术学院孙健政委、董斌常务副院长、张方副院长以及有关部、处负责同志与代表团进行了座谈交流，介绍了军艺在思想政治建设、教育教学 改革、艺术创作研究、师资队伍和师德师风建设等方面的有关情况。代表团一行观看了军艺数字院史馆展播，观摩了戏剧、音乐、舞蹈课堂教学展示，考察了体育中 心、学员公寓等教学生活场所。

　　通过此次学习考察，山艺代表团一行一致认为，解放军艺术学院治校办学理念先进，人才培养模式科学，改革发展措施得力，艺术创作研究成果丰硕，校园文化建设 特色鲜明，服务部队和国家社会业绩突出，大家感到深受教育，备受启发，收获很大，下一步要结合我校实际，系统学习借鉴军艺的宝贵经验，加大改革发展力度， 提升人才培养质量，抓住“十三五”战略机遇，推动学校事业又好又快发展。
