今天网络上出现的一份储备干部名单让人大开眼界。令人吃惊的不是名单里有什么玄机，也不是选拔方式有什么猫腻，而是公示储备干部的这个组织：江南大学学生会。公示名单的文件全称是《关于任命2015—2016年度江南大学学生会储备干部的决定》。
仅就这个文件抬头，许多公务员小伙伴乍一看还以为是某大机关发的。长安街知事（微信ID：Capitalnews）对照了一下中央出台的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》和《党政领导班子后备干部工作规定》，发现江南大学学生会的这一套干部选用程序和规矩还真是有模有样、一板一眼：不仅有储备干部，还有挂职干部；不仅有笔试面试、还有竞聘推荐。就连笔试考题所涉内容，也与公考和公选的路子不相上下。看来老师和学生们都没少在这上面下功夫。
当下，各级党委政府都在强调规矩意识，尤其注重选人用人的规范。如今，连一个高校学生组织选干部都这么讲规矩、讲程序，真让人感受到风气之变。不论程序学得像不像，至少公开透明总比暗箱操作好，待这些学生干部走向社会、进入公务员队伍，“规矩意识”便能根植于心。
团学组织，是高校学生工作的重要组成。大学生一方面有着强烈的荣誉感和自我表现意识，希望在群体中突现自己、受人关注；另一方面渴望利用各种机会去接触社会、锻炼能力，以减少参加工作之后的磨合期。学生组织，在一定程度上，就提供了这样的机会和平台。不过，对学生组织的管理是不是一定要照搬社会组织的模式呢？这其中就有一个尺度拿捏的问题。

关于学生会主席助理的任命中，为主席同学配备了7名助理。
一个班集体的“领导成员”，由学生会下文件任命。这位班长同学也不弱于主席同学，配备了5名助理。
还有一个细节，是关于储备干部选拔的。《江南大学学生会组织学生干部遴选办法》提到的储备干部条件有一项是：在学生会组织任职，有正式编制。虽说不是硬性规定，但“编制”一词给人印象深刻，学生组织还分有没有编制，看来想进组织还不是件容易的事呢。
当下，中央在推进群团工作改革，反对“机关化、行政化、贵族化、娱乐化”倾向，一些地方率先减少专职岗位设置、增加兼职岗位，意图就是加强群团与群众之间的联系。学生组织，是高校里的群团，虽说不用提到这么高的标准来要求，但其发展也必须符合大学实际和学生成长规律，立规矩定制度是好事，可千万别忘了服务学生、锻炼学生的初衷。如果片面模仿行政化的把式，把学生组织搞成了“官僚化”机构，搞成了学生官“过家家”的训练场 ，那就太让人失望了。
