中国38名副部级以上落马官员涉案金额近30亿元
2012年12月6日，中央纪委证实，四川省委原副书记李春城涉嫌严重违纪，接受组织调查。自这一天，以李春城案为起始，十八大之后的反腐之战拉开大幕。
截止到2016年6月16日云南省委原书记白恩培受审，第一财经1℃记者根据公开资料统计，共有37名副省部级以上官员的职务犯罪案件或已经审理完毕或已经判决生效。另有十余名官员的案件业已进入司法程序。
在被统计的38名官员中，总计涉案金额近30亿元。其中单独涉案过亿元的，包括周永康，受贿近1.3亿元;白恩培涉嫌受贿近2.5亿元;广州市委原书记万庆良受贿1.11亿元;广东省政协原主席朱明国受贿和巨额财产来源不明罪总计涉案金额2.32亿元;湖北省政协原副主席陈柏槐滥用职权罪涉案金额6.1亿元;山西省委原副书记金道铭受贿近2.14亿元;青海省委原常委、西宁市委原书记毛小兵受贿1.048亿元，挪用公款涉案4亿元;安徽省政协原副主席韩先聪滥用职权涉案金额2.22亿元。
仅上述8人，涉案总金额合计超过20亿元，白恩培一案仅受贿数额即占去其中12.5%。
被统计的38人中，除湖南省政协原副主席童名谦只涉及玩忽职守罪被判5年有期徒刑外，其他案件100%涉嫌受贿罪，有6人除受贿罪外，还涉及巨额财产来源不明罪;6人涉及滥用职权罪;1人涉及挪用公款罪。
38人中，天津市政协原副主席武长顺涉嫌罪名最多，有六个：贪污罪、受贿罪、挪用公款罪、单位行贿罪、滥用职权罪、徇私枉法罪。
从刑期而言，受贿金额过亿元的只有周永康案已经宣判，为无期徒刑，毛小兵、金道铭、白恩培、万庆良均未有公开判决消息。因滥用职权造成6.1亿元损失的陈柏槐，获刑12年;因滥用职权造成损失2.22亿元的韩先聪尚未宣判。
陈柏槐受贿金额最少，为283万元，但因为滥用职权犯罪，被判处有期徒刑12年。受贿金额上排名倒数第二的是江西省人大原副主任陈安众，为810余万元，亦获刑12年。
受贿或巨额财产来源不明金额在千万级的被告人，一般因为犯罪具体法定或酌定量刑情节的不同，刑期在11年到17年之间。
中石油原副总经理王永春因为除受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪外，还涉及国有公司人员滥用职权罪，数罪并罚的结果是被判处有期徒刑20年。内蒙古自治区统战部原部长王素毅则因为涉案法定或酌定量刑情节的原因，虽受贿金额只有1700余万元，仍被判处无期徒刑，属于受贿金额相应级别中获刑最重者。
