　　目击者刘女士回忆，事发地位于固安三中对面的一处烧烤摊，当时她正在隔壁饭店吃饭，突然发生打斗事件。

　　“当时一男子手持砍刀到一张桌子前敬酒”，刘女士说，看起来双方并不相识，对方非常客气接受敬酒后，手拿砍刀的人不知为何开始骂人，双方发生肢体冲突。

　　固安县委宣传部表示，案发后，警方迅速出警并依法处置，认定该案是一起寻衅滋事案，双方涉及人员约12名，共造成1人死亡，3人受伤。目前，警方已抓获涉案人员3名，案件正在进一步侦办中。
