　　乌兹别克斯坦是丝绸之路古国，地处中亚交通要冲的十字路口，历史悠久，文化灿烂。而中国提出的“一带一路”倡议给这一古国带来了新的机遇，为中乌合作翻开新的篇章。

　　中国2013年提出的“一带一路”倡议，辐射亚欧非大陆。近年来，中国与乌兹别克斯坦就双边领域合作中的一系列重大项目达成共识。中国－中亚天然气管 道、中国工业园等一大批合作项目进展顺利，涵盖能源、交通、化工、高科技等领域；北京、广州、乌鲁木齐开通了到塔什干的客运或货运航线；中国华为、中石 油、鹏盛、中兴等企业积极投资乌兹别克斯坦，给当地带来就业机会，带动当地经济发展。

　　由中铁隧道集团承建的安格连－帕普铁路卡姆奇克隧道于今年2月底顺利贯通，该隧道段是安格连－帕普铁路全线的咽喉要道，被称为“中亚第一长隧道”。铁路建成后，将改变乌境内运输需绕道他国的窘境，对于乌兹别克斯坦改善民生、发展经济和对外联通有着重要意义。

　　双方认为，共建丝绸之路经济带应成为中乌合作主线。双方在基础设施建设、工业园区合作等方面已经取得可喜的早期收获，应进一步加强发展战略对接，使共建丝绸之路经济带的成果惠及两国人民、促进地区发展。

　　在人文交流方面，中乌合作也硕果累累。乌兹别克斯坦的撒马尔罕、布哈拉、希瓦等历史名城在中国的古籍中屡见不鲜，中乌之间的驼马古道上连续千年活跃着使者、商人、学者的身影。共同的历史，新时期的沟通，拉紧了中乌两国的情感纽带。

　　乌兹别克斯坦已经建成两家孔子学院，中国的乌兹别克斯坦研究和乌语教育也起步良好，乌东方学院开设了汉语系，世界语言大学等高校以及很多中学都设立了汉 语课程；中国政府提供的留学项目在乌大受欢迎，报名踊跃；中乌演出团体相互交流日益增加，今年新疆艺术剧院歌舞团在乌连演3场，场场爆满，一票难求。此 外，联合考古成为中乌文化合作的新亮点，目前有社科院、西北大学等考古队在乌境内进行考古发掘，并取得重要阶段性学术成果。

　　在安全领域，中乌也开展了富有成效的合作，国务委员郭声琨今年4月在塔什干会见乌安全部门官员，双方一致表示，将继续加强中乌在打击“三股势力”、禁毒、网络安全和打击跨国有组织犯罪等领域的务实合作，共同维护两国及本地区安全稳定。
