这种“裸持”或“裸条”很典型。首先，这种所谓“熟人”，其实是各个“借贷群”里的职业放贷人。他们让女生拍裸照作为贷款抵押；如果女生逾期未还，就威胁对方公布裸照。其次，他们的利率极高，借1000元，扣除手续费，实际拿到手的只有800元，一周却要还清1300元。另一位女孩通过“借贷宝”用“裸条”先后向15个“熟人”借款12万元，仅4个月时间，就欠款25万元。而且，很多放贷人发布信息时强调只借款给女大学生，而且针对的是外地大学生，没有北京的。

简而言之，他们盯着的是外地的女大学生，用持有裸照等手段来放高利贷，并掌握着女学生的亲友信息。多位法律专家表示，“裸持”行为涉嫌构成诈骗、勒索和威胁，侵犯了个人隐私权。我更关心的则是，这些女大学生们，为什么会把裸照交出去，任人胁迫？

不难看出，虽然她们是“大学生”，但心智与能力之低下，也令人叹为观止。她们是弱者，这个“弱”，一是指她们的经济能力弱——从新闻可以看出，她们借款的金额并不高，有的仅500元，但却不得不用裸照来抵押。就这样还还不上，不得不继续在别处借高利贷来还。

而这个“弱”，更表现在愚蠢上。有的女生，想做点小生意但不好意思问父母要，便想到“裸贷”；有的女生，“裸贷”只是为了供自己消费；有的女生，因为谈恋爱需要花钱而进行“裸贷”。新闻报道中还有一张令人心酸的短信截图：“某某某，2016年4月23日，以被男朋友抛弃需要借钱打胎为由，向我司借款一万元，利率为年率24%，约定一周为期归还。结果到期后，恶意逾期（不还款）。当事人借款时留下裸体视频及各位亲友联系方式……”

她们难道不知道世上还有备份这一功能？难道不知道裸照将是以后会迎来敲诈勒索源源不绝的材料？事实上，她们的裸照已有人在群里以30元一张的价格兜售，部分买到裸照的网友又重新把它们出售。而这种裸照，当然不是无意中被偷拍的，而是她们拿着身份证、按照放贷人指定的形式、并提供了亲友联系方式之后拍下的。残忍一点说，她们应该已做好了自己的裸照将广为流传的心理准备。

再看市场上有不少被出售的“老赖裸条”，都是赖账不还的姑娘们的裸照，这意味着什么呢？意味着她们默认了自己用裸照来换取数额不高的“贷款”，也就是变相地出售裸照。而出售裸照的目的，仅仅是为了消费、做小生意、谈恋爱、打胎……用极低的价码出售自己的身体，而且出售了还要被人当作没有诚信的“老赖”。她们并不是真的“无知”，而是低自尊和丧失耻感。

或许我会同情那些确实身陷绝境、不得不出卖身体的女性；但这一群人并非如此，她们既非在困境当中，也不难找到别的解决方式。她们无法令人同情。一个没有尊严的人，就算读了大学，也对人对己无益。
