著名自媒体人淘宝鬼脚七曾在阿里工作多年,和马云关系深厚。他曾写过一篇文章回忆与马云的交往,其中一些趣事至今仍然让人忍俊不禁。

2005年,鬼脚七在雅虎中国做搜索技术研发,当时阿里并购雅虎中国,我当时也在犹豫是不是要离开雅虎,外部确实开了很不错的条件。当时马云一身黑西服,到一个大会议室演讲,时间不长,记得好像是介绍了这个并购如何开始,和杨致远怎么沟通,以及阿里是什么公司,有什么文化。

演讲最后马云很诚恳说了一段话:“我恳求大家给我们一个机会,留来了解一下这个公司,也给自己一个机会。”说完还给大家鞠了一躬!

当时听到这里,我想:这个家伙虽然长得太一般,但态度很诚恳,而且公司有点意思,我就给他个机会,留下来看看。直到现在,我觉得当时这个选择真的很正确!

马云是个随和的人。2006年的一天午饭时间,我和几位同事还在和乔大厦办公室的座位上。马云过来跟大家打招呼,开始闲聊。

马云说他请了三大导演拍雅虎广告大片,冯小刚、张纪中、陈凯歌,说之前邀请张艺谋,但张艺谋说他每次拍得片子骂的人太多,这次还是不给雅虎添乱了。三大导演的雅虎大片的主角准备通过海选的方式,叫“雅虎搜星”。当年的超级女声很火啊!

我当时说:“这个创意真心不错,谁提的?”

马云说:“我啊!”

后来这个项目效果不太好,如果选择湖南卫视来做这个节目估计就火了,但湖南卫视要价太高,于是选了个浙江卫视,浙江卫视当时真没能力做好这个节目,我看了两期自己都不愿意看了。

2007年,当时我还在雅虎中国,马云邀请三位核心的搜索技术人员去他家做客,我有幸在其中。到了他湖边的别墅,两层小楼。

当时聊什么我忘了,但记得两个场景。我是个技术屌丝,没见过什么世面。我看见他家很大,于是没话找话。

我说:“马总,您家这么大,适合放电影了。”

马云说:“有啊,放电影的在二楼。”

我上二楼,真的是个小电影院,两排沙发,前面是个大银幕,后面是放映机,周围是音响......

当天中午在马云家吃饭,马云说:

“大家放心吃啊,这些菜都是绿色食品,自己家种的,没打农药的。”

我说:“嗯,这个一看就知道。”

马云说:“你对绿色食品有研究啊?”

我说:“不是的,您看我这个菜叶里面有两条虫子。”

当时真的吃出虫子了,忘了看当时马云的表情了,哈哈。

之后还有一些接触,也很有意思,不一一说了。

马云真的很有智慧。我不是阿里高管,只是因为在公司只是负责了一个很重要的业务,跟马云偶尔会有机会开会。

跟有思想的人沟通、开会,都会是很好的提升机会。和马云开会,每次我都比较珍惜,聚精会神,因为他会让你的思路一下打开,会把你的眼界拉到很长远。

今天上午就有这样的机会,开场的时候,

马云说:“余发,你现在微博很火啊,多少粉丝了?”

我说:“哪能跟您比啊,我才十三万粉丝。”

“二百一十三万啊?”

“不是,十三万。最近那个触电商做了个电商人士认证粉丝数排名,您排第一。”

“你排第二?”

“不是,我排第21.”(说明我离大老板的距离还很远......)

其实我想说,微博我是比不过你了,以后就看微信粉丝是不是给力了。

写到这里,有人会说扯蛋太多,水文一篇,这里把马云今天开会时说的一些话,我认为很有智慧一些话分享给大家,绝对是第一手语录。涉及到业务那部分我无法分享,只能选其中很小一部分:

当你描述一个业务,你觉得无法用哪个词来形容的时候,感觉就来了,就是它!

你们要想的事情是,做哪些事情能让你们兴奋,让你们快乐,而不是做哪些事情对公司最重要!哪些事情对公司最重要,是我该想的!

我无法反驳你哪里错了,那么你一定错了!用传统思维理性思考,一定都是对的,但无法颠覆式创新,那么你就错了。

很多产品的成功,企业的成功,靠的不是理性分析,而是belief!

Facebook为什么成功?很多人说是建立了人和人的关系。但facebook一开始就想我们要建立人和人之间的关系,那么facebook早就死了。所以啊,之后大部分的SNS,都没做起来!

年青人什么事情都想自己做,老年人什么事情都想别人做。你们想自己做,很好,说明公司还年轻。但要考虑团队合作,每个人做最擅长的。

小企业要有大理想,大企业要有小作为!千万不要看不起内外部的小作为小创新,很多大企业就是这么死掉的
