黄山旅游原副总裁王玉求被提起公诉
辞职十个月后，黄山旅游股份公司（以下简称“黄山旅游”）原董事、副总裁王玉求的辞职的真实原因浮出水面。根据安徽本地媒体《新安晚报》的消息，黄山市检察机关6月17日下午发布“相关干部因涉嫌犯罪被查处的进展信息”。其中提到，黄山旅游原副总裁王玉求因涉嫌受贿罪，已侦查完结，被提起公诉。
王玉求于2015年8月17日提交辞呈，辞去黄山旅游董事、副总裁职务，辞职理由为“因个人原因”，他同时辞去了所担任的公司董事会审计委员会委员职务。此前，王玉求曾任黄山风景区玉屏楼宾馆总经理，黄山国际大酒店总经理，黄山风景区北海宾馆总经理。
黄山市检察院2015年年底召开的新闻发布会显示，黄山市去年相继查办涉及黄山景区的系列案件，包括黄山风景区原交通局长方文广、黄山旅游股份公司原副总裁王玉求、风景区管委会原副书记方碧云，黄山旅游集团总裁办主任郭正义、黄山玉屏楼宾馆原老总汪得天和朱丽霞、黄山旅游股份经营管理公司总经理罗国威等涉嫌犯罪案。
资料显示，黄山风景区管委会持有黄山旅游大股东黄山旅游集团的100%股权，从而间接控制上市公司。
到了2016年，反腐带来的黄山旅游人事变动仍未停止。今年4月15日，黄山旅游监事方延庆先生辞职，其中亦称“因个人原因”申请辞去公司第六届监事会监事职务。黄山旅游同时公告称，获悉黄山市屯溪区人民检察院经审查，决定对公司监事方延庆以涉嫌受贿立案侦查并对其刑事拘留。资料显示，方延庆曾任黄山管委会园林局科长，黄山旅游证券投资部经理，采购配送中心总经理，投资发展中心总监。
