　　中新网武汉6月19日电  (马芙蓉)湖北今年入梅以来首场强降雨来袭，强降雨区位于黄冈东部地区。据湖北黄冈市民政局消息，截至19日12时初步统计，暴雨洪涝灾害已致该市6县市38.14万人受灾，1人死亡12人失踪。

　　6月18日晚至19日凌晨，鄂东北东部出现大到暴雨，局部大暴雨。由于降雨集中、强度大，黄冈市蕲春县、英山县、麻城市、红安县、罗田县、黄州区等6县(市、区)局部地区河流水位陡涨，城乡低洼地带出现渍涝，部分人员被困遇险。

　　据黄冈市民政局初步统计，暴雨洪涝灾害已导致蕲春县1人死亡11人失踪，英山县1人失踪，死亡失踪人口信息正在进一步核实中。

　　受灾较重的蕲春县从6月19日普降大到暴雨，局部大暴雨，张榜镇最大降雨量达到205mm。据初步统计，暴雨还造成该县倒塌房屋67间，冲垮桥梁21座，冲毁公路15.5公里，冲毁河堤2900米，冲毁河堰50多座。

　　灾情发生后，蕲春县及时启动防汛四级响应。当地政府正组织搜索失踪民众，安置受灾民众。截至目前，黄冈市消防部门共营救被困人员12名，疏散民众60余名，救援仍在继续。

　　湖北在18日进入梅雨期。湖北省气象局19日通报称，从18日8时至19日8时，湖北出现4县市大暴雨，3县市大雨，强降水区位于英山、红安、麻城、罗田、蕲春等地，最大降水为英山184.5mm，最强小时降水量为19日6时至7时，麻城达到59.9mm。

　　目前，湖北省气象灾害应急指挥部已启动气象灾害(暴雨)Ⅳ级应急响应。湖北省减灾委员会、湖北省民政厅针对当前严重暴雨洪涝灾害，已启动省级救灾应急Ⅲ级响应。
