　　今年以来，重庆市平均降水量较常年同期多三成，先后遭遇多次大强度降水过程。从18日傍晚开始，重庆大部分地区出现强降雨天气过程，重庆主城区和12个区县达暴雨，6个区县达大暴雨。受降雨影响，重庆26条中小河流出现1至4米不等的涨水过程，其中蒲河出现洪峰水位。重庆市气象局和重庆市防汛抗旱指挥部办公室连续发布暴雨、洪水橙色预警，并启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。
