公交车撞伤多名志愿者 1人被卷至车底
王芳(化名)是唐山师范学院的一名学生，她的室友是一名目击者。她从室友处了解到，事发时，有两辆载着世园会志愿者的公交一前一后停在路边，前一辆车的志愿者已经全部安全下车。正当后一辆车志愿者下车的时候，一辆26路公交车从后面撞了上来，导致后一辆大巴因惯性向前行驶，撞上了前一辆。“一人当场被卷到车底，另外一人腿被撞断了，还撞到好几个人，满地是血。”
另一名目击者刘洋(化名)也告诉记者，死伤人员均为唐山师范学院学生，多为世园会志愿者。
一段时长为17秒的网传视频显示，一名身穿白色上衣的女子倒在路中间的斑马线上，周围有血迹，身体还在动;另一名身穿黄绿相间衣服的女子也倒在一旁，记者比对后发现，其衣着的颜色、款式与世园会志愿者服装相似。之后，警方和医护人员赶到现场，有围观群众称“车底还有一个呢”。
校方现无任何回应

事发路段交通堪忧 天桥迟迟不竣工
记者了解到，事发路段将唐山师范学院南北两个校园隔开，每日学生来往于校园之间，人流量较大。“校门口没有红绿灯，我们都是趁没车的时候赶紧过。”王芳告诉记者，上午和下午放学时人比较多，每次都会堵住过往车辆。
河北公安交通网2015年12月22日发消息称，事发路段每天上午9时30分至中午11时30分左右放学时间，都会因学生南北校区穿越而造成学校门口交通堵塞。为解决学生通行安全及社会车辆通行畅通、消除交通隐患，由市政府批准决定在唐山师范学院北校区门口大学道南北两侧修建过街天桥，预计工期2016年4月20日完工。
“两个月过去了天桥还没修好，依然用铁皮围着，里面的施工进度我们也看不到。”王芳说。
