　　截至目前，北京全市在册吸毒人员达3.3万名，估测实际吸毒人数达16万名。去年全市查获的9500余名吸毒人员中，35岁以下的青少年占62%，最小吸毒者年仅12岁。

　　外籍毒品犯罪人员升一成
