  新京报快讯(记者王硕)近日,中科院对外宣布,中科院自动化所脑网络组研究中心蒋田仔领衔的研究团队联合国内外其它团队,通过6年努力,成功绘制出全新人类脑图谱——脑网络组图谱,首次建立了宏观尺度上的活体全脑连接图谱。据了解,该图谱突破了100多年来传统脑图谱绘制思想,比传统的大脑图谱“布罗德曼图谱”精细4至5倍。


  什么是脑图谱?据介绍,人类脑图谱是理解脑的结构和功能的基石。脑图谱的发展经历了不同的历史阶段,目前最常用的脑图谱还是100多年前德国神经科学家布罗德曼在单个人的尸体组织标本上利用细胞构筑绘制的脑图谱,即布罗德曼图谱。


  中科院绘制的脑图谱有哪些突破?中科院自动化所副研究员、该项目研究骨干樊令仲向媒体表示,这是第一个在全新的脑区亚区尺度上的人类全脑连接图谱,突破了100多年来传统脑图谱绘制思想,引入了利用脑结构和功能连接信息对脑区进行精细划分和脑图谱绘制的新思想和方法,比传统的布罗德曼图谱精细4至5倍。他表示,与传统基于尸体标本的脑解剖图谱相比,脑网络组图谱能基于活体脑获取成像数据,且脑区划分精细,构建周期短,可构建个体化、不同群组概率的脑图谱。人类脑网络组图谱包括246个精细脑区亚区,以及脑区亚区间的多模态连接模式。


  新脑图谱将有哪些应用?据介绍,脑网络组图谱的构建将引领人类脑图谱未来发展从标本走向活体,从粗糙走向精细,从单一的解剖结构描述到集成结构、功能和连接模式等多种知识的综合描述,为实现脑科学和脑疾病研究的源头创新提供基础。 比如,脑网络组图谱将为神经及精神疾病的新型治疗技术提供准确的定位,而且还将为脑中风损伤区域及癫痫病灶的定位、神经外科手术中的脑胶质瘤的精确切除、以及对功能脑区更严格有效的保护做出贡献。


  目前,脑网络组图谱已经引起国内外同行的高度关注,例如欧盟人脑计划即将在其神经信息平台公开发布该图谱,国际神经信息学协调委员会已在第一时间在线发布了人类脑网络组图谱。此外,一些国际著名神经影像分析软件平台也将脑网络组图谱作为主要人类脑图谱提供给用户使用。
