　　法制晚报讯（记者 黎史翔）据美国《世界日报》报道，在英文词汇中，把带着愤怒开车叫做“路怒”（Road Rage），把乘客在飞机上的无礼行为 叫做“空怒”（Air Rage），最近诞生“游怒”（Travel Rage）一词，则是用来描述在旅途中发生愤怒行为的。报道指出，一些中国游客在美 国旅游时总带着“火气”，用“游怒”来形容非常贴切。

　　针对报道中提到的中国游客“游怒”现象，《法制晚报》记者采访了曾到美国旅游的游客、中国和美国两国导游以及旅游专家，记者从中获悉，报道中的现象只是个例，文化差异是其中一大诱因，并且赴美旅游的中国人素质并不低，如果事前有导游正确地疏导，将会避免此类事件发生。

　　“游怒”现象

　　在景区为抢占拍照位置 两团互殴

　　《世界日报》的报道称，在美国的羚羊谷，两个中国旅行团因为没有导游带领，领队英文也不好，就让团员跟着印第安导游进入羚羊谷。两团的游客为了抢占拍照的位置而发生口角，接着又演变成肢体冲突。

　　另 外，美国环球影城园区近日发生中国游客和另外一团导游打架事件。据目睹事件发生的导游张先生说，当时两名华人游客没有赶上之前一班的中文游览车，就站在队 伍前面排队。当游览车到达时，一个貌似是“全兼地”的华人导游，即全程导游兼当地导游，带着一队中国游客旅游团来，和园内工作人员打了招呼就直接带客人上 车。这两名排队的中国游客不高兴了，直接就要上游览车，没想到被导游抓着衣服领子从车上拉下来，双方就此争执起来。

　　张先生说，一些“全兼地”的华人导游，不了解本地文化，像环球影城变形金刚的“单人乘坐线路”本来是给落单的游客排队使用的，但是一些“全兼地”导游直接把30多个游客的团放在这里，自己在一边休息，不协助工作人员维护秩序，导致场面一片混乱，争执不断。

　　抢座也是中国游客常见引发争执的原因。导游彼得表示，有一些华人导游告诉中国游客要抢游览车两边靠窗的位子，因此无论环球影城的游览车还是好莱坞星光大道的游览车，一些中国游客一上车就把两边的位置占据，有的游客为帮后面的人占座还堵住过道，不让其他人游客上车。

　　曾到美国旅游的李田女士接受法晚记者采访时，直言对报道中提及的内容“无法相信”。李田表示，自己所在旅行团的导游素质非常高，都有10年以上的经验，知识也特别渊博，天文地理和当地的风土人情也会给团员详细讲解，并提醒各类注意事项。

　　她告诉记者，自己在美国游玩了近半个月，跟着旅游团一路并没有出现过上述报道中所出现的情况。她也跟团到过报道里所提到的环球影城，但是排队坐游览车的队伍秩序都很好，“当时我们团就有140人，前面几百号人，我们整整排了两个小时，也没有出现过上述的情况”。

　　此外，李田说，她们坐的缆车并没有窗户，也不知道报道中说的中国游客抢占靠窗位子的说法从何而来。

　　目前正在美国旅游的艾普接受法晚记者采访时表示，自己在美国旅游的时候遇到的中国人比较少，但是即使遇到也没有发现有上述报道里出现的情况。

　　艾普说，中国人来到美国不了解美国的文化，加上英文差，难免可能会犯错。很多报道总会说美国人素质有多高，中国人怎么差，“但是我昨天也看到外国人在草坪上连续吐了两次痰”。

　　艾普表示，其实可能是刚好这类事件发生在中国人身上，然后就被放大了。之前有些报道很大程度上给中国人扣上了一顶帽子，逐渐地让“中国人”变成了一种特殊存在。

　　导游说法

　　国人素质不低

　　但需要导游正确引导

　　美国享美假期的导游大鹏接受法晚记者采访时说，自己之前看到过这一新闻。但是他表示，大多数国人是很好的，尤其是能办到美国签证的，就证明中国游客的素质还是可以的。这种低素质的国人是少数，来美国的低素质国人就更少了。

　　他进一步指出，不同的游客表现是不一样的。自己的做法是会提前给游客上课把这种行为扼杀掉。

　　美国导游阿切尔今晨接受法晚记者采访时表示，类似报道里的情况是有的，但是大部分原因是由于导游的素质参差不齐所致。中国很多的旅行社不太信任美国这边的导游，所以他们大都是用“全兼地”导游。

　　阿切尔认为，“全兼地”导游虽然英文过硬，对景点知识也都很熟悉，但是对于当地的规矩、习俗不是非常了解。因此，还是会出现一些中国游客插队或是小费给得比较少的情况。

　　阿切尔表示，这种报道里的现象其实在美国人身上也存在，出去旅游谁都有带火气的时候，而两国人表达的方式不一样。中国人可能马上就会将火发出来，美国游客则可能是等回去以后在社交媒体上骂一段抒发出来。

　　阿切尔告诉记者，主要还是导游的问题，导游只要把注意事项提前说到了，发生事情都制止了，游客也不会出现这样的情况。

　　阿切尔举例说，有很多黑人在美国星光大道旅游景点帮游客拍照是要收费的，如果导游不提前告知游客，游客则会因为不知情而不肯付钱，如果碰到脾气暴的可能就会出现口角，甚至打架。

　　原因分析 专家说报道仅为个例 文化差异所致

　　中国旅游研究院国际旅游研究所负责人蒋依依接受法晚记者采访时表示，报道中所陈述的事例只是个例，并不是普遍的状况，而将这些个例现象衍生出“游怒”一词也体现了一种文化的冲突。

　　蒋依依表示，这种现象的发生一定程度上源自于中国人公共空间意识的薄弱，而不排队、在公共场所中的喧哗，以及因为报道中所提到的因为排队抢座问题而打架，这些都是一种文化差异的表现。

　　“中国人的个人空间与公共空间往往是模糊的。在欧美等强调公共空间平等的地区，这种文化差异就显得比较突出。”她说道。

　　这种现象出现的原因可能还与导游的疏导有关系。蒋依依表示，导游当然应该对目的地的风俗习惯等提前介绍，游客自己也可以提前进行了解。

　　最后蒋依依认为，随着中国游客出境规模和频次的提高，以及文化的全球化，这类文化冲突是暂时的。中国老百姓的素质也在不断提高，此类事件的发生将会不断减少。蒋依依还表示，中国游客在国外旅游还是应该注意文明礼仪，尊重当地的风俗习惯。

　　律师提醒 若因“游怒”在美被判刑 再入境会很难

　　据美国《侨报》报道，去年8月就曾有中国游客在洛杉矶的一辆巴士上因抢座打架，发生肢体冲突还伤及无辜，甚至惊动了警方。当时警方表示，因当事人并未被提起刑事指控，为此也没有犯罪记录，或不会影响当事人再次入境美国。

　　刑 事律师邓洪表示，在美国殴打他人属于重罪，如果有人受伤的话，依据情形可判16个月到3年的监禁。在上述这起案件中，由于受害人没有受重伤，而警察也未目 睹这场殴斗，因此不具备逮捕当事人的条件，但如果双方任何一方在事发时坚持行使公民逮捕权，警察依然可将肇事者逮捕。

　　邓洪表示，若打人案件中受害人为18岁以下儿童，美国法律还会追加虐待儿童罪，一旦孩子受伤，且与家人有关，儿童福利局也会介入调查。

　　邓洪再次提醒说，近些年，中国游客与留学生在美国涉案者越来越多，此类案件一旦进入刑事审理程序，而且被告罪名成立的话，就必须在美国服完刑再被遣返回国。中国公民一旦在美国留有刑事犯罪记录，想再入境美国就难了。
