中方对柬首相不支持南海仲裁案表示高度赞赏和感谢

　　中新社北京6月21日电 (叶秋曈)柬埔寨首相洪森日前发表讲话表示不支持南海仲裁案。中国外交部发言人华春莹在21日的例行记者会上答记者问时对此表示高度赞赏和感谢。她重申，任何人都不要指望中国接受基于非法、不公正仲裁的任何结果。

　　有记者问，柬埔寨首相洪森6月20日在柬国家行政学院毕业典礼上就南海问题发表了近一小时的讲话。洪森首相表示，仲裁是出于政治动机，柬不会支持，并呼吁有关方面通过双边谈判解决分歧。你对此有何评论？

　　华春莹表示，中方对洪森首相昨天在柬国家行政学院毕业典礼上的讲话表示高度赞赏和感谢。关于菲律宾南海仲裁案，中国早已表明不接受、不参与的立场，任何人都不要指望中国接受基于非法、不公正仲裁的任何结果。中国不接受、不参与所谓仲裁，恰恰是为了维护国际法的尊严和权威。

　　她重申，在领土主权和海洋权益问题上，中国不接受任何强加于中国的方案，不接受单方面诉诸第三方的争端解决办法。中国将继续坚持与直接有关的主权国家，在尊重历史事实基础上，根据国际法，通过谈判解决有关争议。

　　随后有记者问，近日，《华尔街日报》等个别媒体称，真正支持中国在南海仲裁案上立场的国家只有八个。中方对此有何评论？

　　“我们以前知道个别西方媒体有时会把白的说成黑的，现在才知道他们有时居然连简单的数数和加减也有问题。”华春莹回应称。

　　华春莹指出，越来越多的国家在清楚南海问题来龙去脉及南海仲裁其实质后都对中方有关立场表示理解和支持，有些是公开的、书面的，有些是私下的、口头的，有些有报道，有些没有报道，但大家看见听见的已经不止几十个国家了。

　　她还表示，近日，赞比亚、喀麦隆、埃塞俄比亚、马拉维等国又在不同场合表示理解和支持中方立场。近日中国与塞尔维亚签署的《关于建立全面战略伙伴关系的联合声明》中明确表示，中塞双方一致认为，在南海问题上，应根据双边协议和《南海各方行为宣言》的规定，由直接当事方通过友好磋商和谈判，和平解决领土和海洋争议问题。个别媒体不可能没有注意到上述表态，除非是在刻意有选择性地忽视。不知道其有没有细数过，又有几个国家以公开、书面的形式明确表达过反对中国在南海问题上的立场？希望有关媒体秉持公正、客观的态度进行报道。
