　　【环球网综合报道】据台湾“中时电子报”6月20日报道，柬埔寨警方上周逮捕27名两岸电信诈骗嫌疑犯，其中13名为台籍人士，柬方18日再度逮捕4名台籍人士。台当局涉外部门19日首度坦言，柬方可能于近日将台湾籍嫌犯强制遣送至大陆。报道指，据知情人士透露，目前这些台籍人士极有可能已在大陆方面手中。

　　柬埔寨至今至少已逮捕17名台籍嫌犯，有知情人士表示，陆续还有其他台籍人士在柬埔寨或其他东南亚地区被逮捕;虽然台湾当局“基于人权等因素考量”，努力交涉将台嫌遣送回台，但这些台湾嫌犯再度犯罪的机率实在太高，加上受害者大多为大陆人，致使台当局“交涉困难”。

　　报道称，从2011年至今，台湾方面从柬埔寨遣返台湾的人数将近300人，但这些嫌犯还是不断重犯，不排除此次遭逮捕的嫌犯中有曾经是被遣送回台的累犯。
