应征国旗设计多带“恋殖”色彩

黄洋达早前曾宣称会于七一当日在“热血公民”办事处举行“升旗礼”，但后改在七一当天的站街处进行，是因为在办事处“升旗”只属自娱自乐、无人理会，而故意利用七一游行的人多场合“升旗”来争取曝光率，有网友评论：“‘热血公民’不是要抵制七一游行么？不是说要‘拆大台’么？为何又要来增加曝光率”？“光头黄（黄洋达）是不是觉得自己头不够光，所以要来增加‘光环’？！”
虽然这种可笑的“国旗比赛”受到社会各界反对，但在“热血公民”及“城邦派”内部则斗得不亦乐乎。有“热血时报”节目主持人在其facebook贴出“作品”，积极拉票，而有份参赛、被陈云封为“护国大法师”的祖利安也毫不避嫌地在网络媒体中“点评”，并为自己的“作品”拉票。
不过，参与投票者仍寥寥可数，截至19日晚9时，只有约1500名网民投了票。
法律界：多法可惩“港独”
对于“热血公民”在网上举办“香港国旗比赛”，更声称要在公开场合举行“升旗礼”，香港中小型律师行协会创会会长陈曼琪在接受香港《文汇报》访问时指出，此举动具有清晰的“港独”意图，也有“推翻中华人民共和国或中央政府”的明显意图，涉违反基本法第一条、第十条及第十二条，涉案者也已涉嫌触犯香港法例第二百章《刑事罪行条例》第三条“意图叛逆罪”。
“热血时报”在贴文中称，“大范围谈‘港独’？倒不如再走前一步，不止‘谈’，也来‘设计’。香港人需要自己的旗帜……”对此，陈曼琪指出，“热血时报”举办“香港国旗设计比赛”，并称胜出的设计将于7月1日举行“升旗礼”，此举与宣告“香港独立”无异。
“特区政府必须根据基本法、现有成文法及不成文法，《国旗及国徽条例》、《区旗及区徽条例》叛逆罪、煽动罪及/或危害国家安全或公共安全秩序的社团罪，坚定不移地执法，阻止有人宣告香港独立，分裂国家，并将犯罪人士绳之以法。”陈曼琪强调，任何人主办、协办、发布、参加比赛、当该比赛或升旗活动义工、甚至于网上转载有关该比赛或升旗活动作推广宣传，也可能触犯香港法例第二百章《刑事罪行条例》第九条及第十条的煽动罪。
