6月20日消息，今日有业内媒体报道称，据知情人士透露，百度已经正式将百度文学卖给完美世界，作价10亿元。据称百度与完美世界已经完成交割，不过今后百度仍占有两成股份，并继续提供流量支持。而未来百度文学或者面临更名，去百度化。

据了解，2013年7月，百度以1.915亿元的价格从完美世界手中买下纵横中文网，并将多酷和91熊猫看书一起整合，成立“百度文学”主体。

2014年11月，百度文学宣布正式成立，发布了包括“纵横中文网”、“91熊猫看书”、“百度书城”等子品牌在内的架构，整合百度贴吧、游戏、音乐、视频及91无线等百度系资源，试图打造完整产业链。

2015年7月30日，百度启动“航母计划”，拆分了十多个非主营业务给外部投资者，现在百度文学再次卖回完美世界，也算是计划的一部分。
