Foreign Media: China to Zimbabwe donated the Capitol and food

外媒：中国向津巴布韦捐赠国会大厦及粮食

　　中国商务新闻网讯 中国国家主席习近平的特使、中国外交部副部长张明为津巴布韦总统穆加贝带来了一份特别的礼物，津巴布韦新国会大厦的建设计划。

　　津巴布韦媒体Bulawayo 24报道称，当地时间22日，在与穆加贝举行了秘密会议之后，张明副部长表示，一旦津巴布韦政府批准了计划，大厦便立即开工。

　　在中国驻津巴布韦大使和中国外交部随行人员陪伴下，这位特使还宣布，新国会将位于哈拉雷郊外的Hampden山，由中国免费捐赠。

　　这一安排是去年习近平主席访问津巴布韦时签署的若干重要协议中的内容之一。

　　目前的哈拉雷国会大厦已经显得太小，不敷使用，新建筑预计将给超过210位议员提供房间。

　　中国政府还宣布，将向津巴布韦提供价值2700万美元的大米援助。

　　津巴布韦与中国关系密切，在一系列双边和多变架构下都有合作关系。

　　根据双边协议，中国已经为Hwange电站升级提供资金，在津巴布韦全国各处建立了学校和诊所。

　　去年在南非举行的中非合作论坛中，非洲得到了600亿美元投资，津巴布韦也将从中获益。
