　　答：首先，这不是一个外交问题。据地方政府介绍，在中国农历夏至节气食用荔枝和狗肉，是玉林市民间的一种饮食行为，属个人饮食偏好。不存在以食用狗肉为名的节庆活动。玉林市当地政府也从来没有支持、组织、举办过所谓的“玉林狗肉节”。
