南都讯 记者冯群星 中国新一代大火箭“长征七号”即将于6月25日在海南文昌首飞，这也是文昌卫星发射基地建成后首次启用。值得注意的是，这一回，向来神秘的中国火箭发射向公众敞开了热情怀抱：文昌市迎卫星首发办公室日前一口气公布了8个最佳观看点，设有停车位2642个，人数容量约为3.78万人。
首发当日将实行流量控管制
据了解，考虑到首发日车流量、人流量较大，为保障安全，文昌市将根据各观看点的人流量和安全状况启动流量控制预案。相关通知信息会通过网站、电台、文昌市政府官方微博等渠道对外发布。
此前有媒体报道当地政府建议错峰观看火箭首发，引发一些疑惑：火箭发射不是巡回表演，“过了这村就没这店”，如何错峰？
南都记者从文昌市政府获悉，当日政府会启动流量控制，提醒游客注意实时信息，对出行时间和路线作好安排。

不过，即使是入住该度假村的客人，想要获得最佳观看体验仍需购买门票。工作人员介绍，度假村在首发日下午4点左右就会戒严，届时购票游客可在一栋4层酒店的楼顶观看发射，该地距发射基地2 .8公里，能用肉眼看到火箭运送至发射塔、组装、发射的全部过程。
