法制晚报讯（记者 蒲长廷）记者今天上午从保监会获悉，婴幼儿配方乳粉、餐饮连锁企业、学校食堂、网络食品都纳入食品安全责任险试点。企业投保情况也将纳入企业信用记录和分级分类管理指标体系，已投保企业可优先获得行业专项支持和政府扶持政策。
据法晚（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者了解，首批纳入试点重点推进的食品企业是：食品生产加工环节的肉制品、食用油、酒类、 保健食品、婴幼儿配方乳粉、液态奶、软饮料、糕点等企业；经营环节的集体用餐配送单位、餐饮连锁企业、学校食堂、网络食品交易第三方平台的入网食品经营单 位等；当地特有的、属于食品安全事故高发的行业和领域。
指导意见还称，相关部门应加强数据分析与共享，建立食品安全风险评级制度，将企业的安全管理评级、信用记录、行业风险差异、历史损失等情况纳入费率调整因子，利用费率杠杆机制提升企业安全管理水平。
