昨天下午，由浙江省仙琚阳光天使基金会、云南省计划生育协会联合主办，昆明医科大学承办，昆明医科大学公共卫生学院、云南健之佳连锁健康药房有限公司协办的“仙琚阳光天使青春健康大讲堂”暨中国计生协“青春健康高校项目”在昆明医科大学举行启动仪式。
易会安指出，云南是性病、艾滋病高发地区，若干生殖健康常见病、多发病均高于全国平均水平，艾滋病疫情性传播比例继续上升，特别是青年学生及老年群体艾滋病感染者呈上升趋势。其中，15~24岁青年学生HIV感染者中，男性学生HIV感染者多于女性学生感染者；传播方式以性传播为主，特别是同性传播，地区分布广泛；青年学生HIV感染者普遍文化程度较高，对艾滋病认知也较高。大学生生殖健康应成为政府公共服务需要优先关注的目标。
