从目前的趋势上来看,高端处理器代工基本上被韩国、台湾包圆,在中低端市场上骁龙处理器代工正逐渐从TSMC转向大陆,中芯国际此次除了为骁龙425处理器代工之外,还将代工高通MDM9x07基带芯片。

虽然相较于TSMC在制程上有差距,不过28nm是目前中芯国际的最好技术。除此之外,高性能的28nm HKMG工艺年初也已经问世,中芯国际还将为联芯代工4G芯片。
