　　中新网盐城6月23日电 (记者 谷华 朱晓颖)23日下午江苏省盐城市阜宁县突遭强冰雹、龙卷风双重灾害袭击，已致10人死亡、多人受伤。

　　据中共盐城市委宣传部通报，6月23日下午2点30左右，盐城阜宁、射阳部分地区出现强雷电、短时降雨、冰雹、雷雨大风等强对流天气，造成房屋倒塌、人员伤亡、道路受阻、设施农业受损等灾害。据初步统计，截至23日下午5点30分，已有10人死亡，多人受伤。

　　中新网记者第一时间赶往距阜宁县10公里的吴滩镇立新村，发现这里的村庄一片狼藉。

　　记者在村庄中道路行进十分困难，多处房屋倒塌，一些乡村砖房甚至是被“连根拔起”，地面上只剩下成剁的瓦砾。树木、电线杆倒伏，四处停电。夜幕降临，村中渐渐陷入黑暗。民警、消防正挨家挨户搜索，查看是否有人被埋在倒塌房屋和砖瓦中。村民们被疏散至附近的马路上作暂时安顿，记者看到不少老百姓受伤，他们说自己被突然垮塌的砖瓦砸中。

　　一位乡村司机张先生向记者回忆，今天下午14:30时左右，他正开车在公路上行驶，突然看到前方远处的大树突然异样倒伏，非常有驾驶经验的他感到状况不对，立刻下车，并赶到远处躲避。随后，他亲眼目睹自己的车被漩涡卷起，高高抛出，坠落到附近的小河中。由于携风裹雨威力很大、速度迅猛，后来他才反应过来这是龙卷风。

　　记者另从江苏省消防总队获知，目前，江苏省消防总队已调集盐城、淮安、扬州、连云港、南京及总队培训基地，共计2个重型地震救援队、4个轻型地震救援队、1个搜救犬队赶赴现场救援。
