羊城晚报讯 记者文聪报道：连日来，不少东莞的家长反映，疫苗普遍缺货，有时跑几个接种点都无法注射疫苗。市疾控中心22日表示，与珠三角其他城市一样，目前东莞部分一类疫苗以及二类疫苗均出现了供应不足。“最新政策规定二类疫苗需要在省级平台集中采购，但目前平台仍在建设中，缓冲期出现了疫苗断供，预计一类疫苗将在8月恢复，二类疫苗还要等省的供应。”
一、二类疫苗均缺货
疫苗分为两类，一类疫苗是由政府免费向公众提供，二类疫苗则是由公民自费且自愿接种的疫苗。市疾控中心日前已在网站公布，由于疫苗生产周期等原因，目前省供应东莞的部分第一类疫苗，包括A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗、麻风疫苗、脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗和脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗等，出现供应不足的现象，预计一类疫苗将在8月恢复。
缺货的不仅仅只是一类疫苗，不少市民近日带小孩去接种疫苗时发现，二类疫苗也普遍缺货。市疾控中心表示，近期确实出现了部分第二类疫苗，包括吸附无细胞百白破、灭活脊髓灰质炎和b型流感嗜血杆菌（结合）联合疫苗，儿童甲型病毒性肝炎疫苗、儿童乙型病毒性肝炎疫苗、成人乙型病毒性肝炎疫苗、流行性脑脊髓膜炎疫苗、口服轮状病毒活疫苗等10多种疫苗，暂时供应不足的问题。
不会影响儿童基础免疫
为何会出现疫苗普遍缺货问题？市疾控中心解释称，这种情况近期也在深圳、广州、珠海等周边城市同样存在，主要是因为今年4月23日，国务院新修改颁布的《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》，对二类疫苗的采购环节作出了新的要求，第二类疫苗必须由省疾病预防控制机构组织在省级公共资源平台集中采购。
“但是由于条例刚刚出台，省级公共资源交易平台尚未完善。”市疾控中心说，而且在条例完整实施的过渡缓冲期内，为了保证新旧采购途径与条例的顺利衔接，上级要求各疾病预防控制中心及接种门诊压减库存量，力争做到零库存，进而也导致了目前二类疫苗供应不足。
疫苗无法按时接种，是否会对小孩的健康造成影响呢？市疾控中心认为，儿童会在2周岁内完成疫苗的基础免疫，暂时性的疫苗供应不足总体上不会影响儿童在规定时间内的基础免疫。接下来将会与省疾控中心保持密切联系，留意疫苗的供应情况。家长在带小孩前往预防接种单位接种疫苗前，可致电当地预防接种门诊咨询疫苗存量情况并进行预约。
