　　现年51岁的曹勇曾任淮南市市长，2015年5月，经安徽省检察院指定，滁州市检察院以涉嫌受贿罪、滥用职权罪对曹勇立案侦查。

　　据公开资料显示，曹勇生于1965年，是安徽大学兼职教授。早期曹勇在东风机械总厂工作，2002年调任淮北市任副市长，两年后任淮北市委常委、秘书长。2005年9月，曹勇调入安徽省政府工作，任副秘书长，三年后调至淮南历任市委副书记、代市长、市长，2013年担任安徽省商务厅厅长。

　　2014年11月，曹勇因涉嫌严重违纪而落马。

　　对于自己所犯罪行，他引用《忏悔》歌中“我的灵魂有罪，我的伤口有泪，我恨我自己无法面对，我身心疲惫心力交瘁，失去后才发现珍贵。。。。。。”自己处在“去不了的是远方，回不了的是故乡”的窘境，走上了一条不归路。

　　那么，曹勇是如何走上犯罪道路上的？

　　“我每天不知不觉受贿1万多元”

　　据检方指控，曹勇的犯罪之路是从2008年4月任淮南市市长开始的，其利用职务上便利，非法收受他人贿赂共计人民币2147万余元，为他人谋取利益。

　　而这些贿赂，与其妻子刘静云有关。

　　刘静云系安徽省威钻机电有限公司与安徽省正巨工具制造有限公司实际控制人，两人于2008年2月重新组织家庭，“无心插柳”形成官商模式家庭。

　　曹勇认为，这种“一家两制”的官商家庭本以为是最佳模式，是一条通往既富又贵的最佳路径。其可挺直腰杆做官，拒金钱于千里之外，而其妻子可依法经商办企业，为家庭积累财富。

　　但后来事情的发展，却与曹勇的上述设想完全背道而驰。

　　据媒体报道，刘静云控制的公司，原向淮南某能源公司供应钻头等矿用配件，后因该公司不符合供应商资格而未能参与投标，并被停止供应业务。曹勇在任淮南市代市长后，向该能源公司总经理打招呼，安排威钻公司重新成为该能源公司的钻头供应商。 2009年至2012年，该能源公司将威钻公司、正巨公司作为某型号钻头的唯一供应商。

　　曹勇明知刘静云向该能源公司高价销售钻头并赚取高额利润而予以认可，并利用职务便利，在该能源公司总部办公园区及辅助配套设施建设、淮南大剧院项目建设、资金拨付等多方面给予帮助。

　　经审计，威钻公司和正巨公司共获得非法利润计1844万余元。曹勇在忏悔书中说：“我仔细算了一下，我在淮南工作1782天，国投新集每天都在使用威钻公司钻头，我每天不知不觉受贿1万多元，从而构成我1800多万元的巨额受贿。”

　　曹勇说，在官商家庭中，其扮演了丈夫和市长的双重角色。每当听到妻子经营公司出现问题，其作为市长就有出面的冲动。“这种双重身份，让我的感情和理智经常发生碰撞，一会感情占上风，一会理智占上风。”

　　据检方指控，曹勇伙同妻子刘静云以几乎高出市场一倍的价格将持有的别墅卖给某建设集团老板陈某，从而构成高达300万元的巨额受贿。

　　曹勇在忏悔录中写到，陈某善于走夫人路线，他时常在合肥与刘静云见面喝茶。2010年底，两人喝茶时，陈某说打算在合肥买一处房产做公司办公用房。随后两人商定将曹勇与刘静云持有的别墅卖给该公司，结果出售价格高出市场价格300多万元左右。

　　而此“夫人路线”的交易条件是，曹勇帮助陈某的公司顺利拿到了在淮南市所承建的道路工程款7769万元。

　　此外，曹勇还被指控，其滥用职权，同意违规返还某项目土地出让金17亿余元，致使国有资产损失超过15亿元。
