新华社兰州6月23日电(记者 王博)甘肃兰州新增一名山东非法经营疫苗案“下线”人员，已于近日由兰州市城关区人民检察院批捕。该销售人员不在国家食药监局公布的涉甘“下线”名单中，涉事疫苗已流入甘肃天水、庆阳的部分县区。
记者22日从兰州市城关区人民检察院获悉，近日，该院依法对兰州玉康生物制品有限公司销售人员张某以非法经营罪批准逮捕。2016年4月，警方在查办庞红卫系列案件时发现了兰州玉康生物制品有限公司销售人员张某非法经营疫苗的犯罪事实；5月11日，张某在河南郑州被抓获归案。经审查，张某系山东庞红卫非法经营疫苗案件在兰州的又一名“下线”人员，不在国家食药监局公布的涉及甘肃的6人名单中。
据了解，自2014年起，犯罪嫌疑人张某在其供职的兰州玉康生物制品有限公司不知情、且本人未取得《药品经营许可证》的情况下，利用其公司销售人员身份，先后10余次从河南郑州的黄某兄弟二人处购买了价值134000余元的水痘、HIB、口服轮状病毒疫苗等二类疫苗，并将上述疫苗分不同批次非法销售给天水市秦州区、麦积区，庆阳市华池县、正宁县等地的社区卫生所或疾控部门，总销售额约74000余元人民币，张某非法所得约12000元人民币。
目前，该案正在进一步侦查中。(完)
