　　学校宿舍内与室友发生纠纷，遭对方持刀捅伤后不治；警方初步认定行凶室友涉嫌故意伤害

　　新京报讯 (记者 韩雪枫 实习生 冷苑歌)新京报记者近日从昆明市公安局高新区分局获悉，警方经过详细调查后初步认定，刺死同学的昆明理工大学津桥学院土木工程专业大一学生马玉清(化名)涉嫌故意伤害致人死亡。

　　6月13日18时左右，昆明理工大学津桥学院J325宿舍内，马玉清用折叠刀将室友彭威(化名)捅伤，彭威送医后不治身亡。津桥学院相关负责人表示，学校已向家属进行了赔偿，但拒绝透露具体数额。

　　嫌疑人称行凶前并无预谋

　　昆明警方告诉新京报记者，嫌疑人与死者都是昆明理工大学津桥学院土木工程专业大一学生。根据警方调查，事发前彭威正在宿舍内唱歌，马玉清认为彭威唱歌的声音打扰到了自己，于是对彭威进行了辱骂。

　　当时宿舍内还有其他3个学生在场，他们在接受警方询问时表示，遭辱骂后，彭威抄起身边的凳子，向马玉清砸去。随后，马玉清拿出随身携带的折叠刀将彭威捅伤。

　　彭威受伤后，马玉清和其他3名室友紧急将彭威送到了学校医务室，后彭威被120送往医院，经抢救后不治身亡。在学校医务室，马玉清被接警后赶来的警察控制。

　　在接受警方讯问时，马玉清表示，作案工具水果刀是自己平时用来切水果的，自己没有杀死彭威的预谋。经警方鉴定，该刃长6厘米多的折叠刀。

　　死者室友称，宿舍内气氛比较融洽，平时并没有感觉两人之间有太大的矛盾。

　　警方表示，目前案件的初步定性为“故意伤害致人死亡”。另据记者了解，嫌疑人家属没有申请精神鉴定。

　　校长称已向死者家属赔偿

　　认识马玉清和彭威的学生透露，马玉清和彭威都是农村出身，家庭条件一般。马玉清是青海贵德县人，家中独子。彭威是云南省鹤庆县人，家中还有一个上中学的弟弟。

　　去年，马玉清以340分左右的成绩考入昆明理工大学津桥学院。四个多月前，马玉清交了女朋友。“他对未来挺有期望的，没想到这么冲动。”上述学生说。“彭威为人比较大大咧咧，好面子，但大学里没听说他动过手。”

　　有接近校方的人士表示，学校已与家属达成赔偿协议。6月20日下午，在津桥学院校长办公室，该院校长赵光洲向新京报记者证实，学校已向家属进行了赔偿，但他拒绝透露具体数额。

　　新京报记者多次拨打死者叔叔、表哥的电话，皆无人接听。
