三木一马：编辑的工作就是让完成的作品能够在平台上实现最大的价值，理想的情况就是一部小说能够在动画、游戏等各个媒体中都做到最好，但现实往往存在很多问题，所以一名编辑必须建立起和各个企业的良好合作关系，让作家更加轻松，总之就是要做出有趣的作品。
就劳动时间而言，编辑的工作是不是特别辛苦？
三木一马：确实对于编辑来说工作时间不固定，但是不用挤在满员的电车里也不用穿西服上班还是挺快乐的，与医生和律师不同做编辑不用持证上岗，工作更多的是依靠自己的嘴，做编辑其实挺好的。
对于日本的娱乐内容行业来讲今后是侧重日本市场还是侧重海外市场？
三木一马：今后是必须要重视海外市场，但就我来说，如果在日本市场都不受欢迎的话在海外市场更卖不出去，就像日本引进海外作品时也要参考引进作品在当地的人气和商业效果，因为我觉的首先还是要让日本本土作品在日本市场能够受到欢迎是最重要的。

三木一马：老实说我是希望现在制作的动画数量能够快点变少，因为轻小说的创作者非常疲惫，但是大家不用担心轻小说作品被耗光，确实畅销作品有意思的作品数量在减少，不过最近在网络上意外的有很多有趣的作品。
你眼中的出版业和动画行业未来十年的发展方向是什么？
三木一马：如果排除各种各样现实要素干扰的话，未来日本出版行业一定会迎来月费随意畅读的收费模式，以实际纸张书籍为中心的商业模式越来越困难，如何创造一个让作家能够安心进行创作的环境是我的目标，所以现在还在思考各种各样的策略和方法。
今后日本漫画和轻小说行业会逐渐衰退吗？
三木一马：我认为不会，在纠结轻小说和漫画的定义之前，无论承载形式如何变化故事总是不会消失的，因此日本漫画和轻小说是永生的，最重要的是创作有趣的作品，不要纠结是什么形式的作品。
在娱乐行业能够长期工作最需要什么？
三木一马：这里不是开玩笑，我认为最需要的是健康，我就是很重视健康，在上班族时代我的体检结果一直是A，如果没有健康什么都做不了，想要成为作家的各位也要经常进行身体检查。

三木一马：如果当初好好学英语就好了，现在英语真的很重要，如果仅仅是应试英语而不会真正翻译英文的话真的什么都做不了，所以现在学生应该更多的学习英文，当然要适度学习。我的大学时代经常往来于麻将屋，感觉到了一种少数群体的孤独感，现在娱乐界也是这样，编辑也好创作者也好有时候就是以孤独感作为动机而紧密联系在一起。
能够一直写小说和半途而废的人区别在哪里？
三木一马：持续写小说的作者一直觉得自己很厉害，如果没有那么自信的话，可能有时候编辑的意见就会让作者有放弃的想法，对于作家来说不能过分的听取别人的意见。
今后你想要看到什么类型的作品增加？
三木一马：我想看到更多让我觉得我自己做不出来的优秀作品，十年前当我第一次看到《狼与香辛料》这部作品时内容真的十分有趣，不过那时候的我肯定无法包装出这么精彩的一部作品。
这几年网络小说中并非以现实世界而是以转生异世界为题材作品越来越多，这是说现实世界生存太辛苦了吗？
三木一马：这个问题有点意思，转生异世界小说本质上和学园恋爱题材小说是一样的，学园恋爱小说中通常有拥有至高无上权力的学生会，那种学生会在现实中是不存在的，恐怕大家都有“失之东隅收之桑榆”这样的心理，既然现实世界走不通那就去试试在异世界生活，对于转生异世界作品最重要的是快速切入故事当中不要做太多的说明，一部轻小说的流行并不仅仅是读者享受故事，作者能够容易的写出故事也是很重要的。
