　　丁纯表示，如果英国脱欧，对欧盟来说毫无疑问不是一个利好消息，对欧洲一体化而言更是一个重大挫折。它与欧债危机、难民危机、恐怖袭击、乌克兰危机等交织在一起，让人们从心理上对欧洲的信任降低。此后，欧洲内部的右派气焰或将明显加强，丹麦、荷兰等本来就存在反欧盟心理的国家和部分政党也可能受到鼓舞。欧盟内部的向心力面临着艰难的考验。此外，英国的离去也将会使欧洲在世界格局中政治经济地位出现一定程度的下滑，进而延伸出一系列的问题和危机。

　　丁纯指出，对于中国来说，英国脱欧的影响亦有两面性。中国一直希望英国能在中欧关系中发挥更大的作用，尤其是人民币国际一体化、金融等领域，都希望借英国成为“桥头堡”，然后进一步进入欧洲，从这一角度来说，英国脱欧或许会为中国和英国、中欧关系带来一些不利影响。但从另一方面，脱欧之后，英国很可能需要加强和中国这个世界第二大经济体的合作，且脱离欧盟可以使英国不再为欧盟的一些规定而约束，为中国和英国合作带来更大的机会。“中国需要谨慎地对待这一局面，团结的欧洲和中国和英国关系对中国来说都很重要。如何在中国利益最大化的目的下，同时搞好中国和英国关系和中欧关系，也将是摆在中国面前的挑战。”
