据佳木斯市汤原县宣传部门通报：24日03时52分交警部门接到报警称，在哈肇路349km+300m路口弯道处，发生一起交通事故，一辆车号牌为黑MG5135号的大货车与车号牌为黑J88465金杯面包发生交通事故。
经核实，面包车内共有22人，当场死亡2人，后送汤原县医院抢救无效死亡6人，送佳木斯中心医院经抢救无效死亡1人，其余人员分别在佳木斯医院及汤原医院进行救治。
事故发生后，当地政府部门立即启动应急预案，发生事故的具体原因正在进一步调查。
