　　据江苏省民政厅23日晚间最新报告，6月23日15时前后，江苏省盐城市阜宁、射阳等地出现强雷电、短时强降雨、冰雹、雷雨大风等强对流天气，局地遭龙卷风袭击。

　　据初步统计，强对流天气造成因灾死亡78人，因灾受伤近500人，其中重伤近200人，受灾地区房屋倒损数量较多，电力通信设施被破坏，部分地区电力中断，通信基站无信号。
