　　●网友遇到“兑付”难

　　目前，正在进行的欧洲杯，以及英国脱欧”公投，均成为赌博网站用作下赌注的项目。

　　不过，另一位玩家则私下告诉记者，“我观察了两天了，这个QQ群里有很多他们的托，一些贴出大数额下注截图的人，应该就是他们的人”。

　　而一个汇集赌徒的群里，自然少不了为缺少资金者提供援助的人。一位网名叫“书生”的网友便在QQ群内发布信息称“传授提取信用卡额度技术无效退款”，当记者询问其如何在群里发布这种信息时，他表示，“要跟群管理员交涉、验证后才能揽活儿”。

　　浙江大学光华法学院教授阮方民认为，不论是在现实世界中，还是在虚拟空间里，赌场均是一个有着特定空间的可以供多人聚集在一起进行赌博活动的场所。通过对刑法法条的扩张解释，可以将组织利用微信“抢红包”聚赌认定为“开设赌场”。
