汕尾检方：林祖恋承认乌坎学校跑道工程中收回扣

　　中新网汕尾6月24日电 (记者 张见悦 陈启任)广东汕尾市政府24日举行新闻发布会通报，原乌坎村支书林祖恋插手乌坎学校塑胶跑道工程，并从中收受高比例回扣，经查属实，林祖恋对此供认不讳。

　　此前，网民发帖称，林祖恋插手乌坎学校塑胶跑道工程，从中收受回扣，造价42万元的塑胶跑道工程拿了8万元回扣。汕尾官方在当天发布会上证实，收到举报后，汕尾检方根据举报线索进行调查，林祖恋对此供认不讳。但检方未具体公布涉案回扣的具体数额。

　　据悉，为保证学生的安全健康，当地教育部门已责成乌坎学校停用其塑胶跑道。塑胶跑道样本也已由质监部门送达国家指定检测机构检测。

　　汕尾市综治办主任谢平和称，自广东省委2014年部署基层“三项治理”以来，汕尾检方重点查办涉农领域职务犯罪，两年中已查出涉农领域犯罪68件73人，包括陆丰市乌坎村原党总支部书记、村委会主任林祖恋涉嫌受贿案。

　　谢平和表示，根据当地民众举报，汕尾、陆丰检察机关经过三个月的摸查侦办，于6月17日对陆丰东海镇乌坎村原党总支书记、村委会主任林祖恋采取强制措施。林祖恋在6月20日供认收受回扣、收取贿赂的犯罪事实。

　　据悉，下一步，汕尾检方将明确涉农领域职务犯罪中易发多发的领域，严厉查处支农惠农政策性补贴、农村土地资源开发利用等领域的犯罪，尤其对涉及农村土地资源开发利用、容易引发群体性事件、影响基层稳定的重点问题，一抓到底，不留死角。

　　汕尾市委政法委有关负责人表示，在事关基层稳定大局、事涉违法犯罪的问题上，汕尾绝不允许有“铁帽子王”，也不容许法外开恩。
