　　习近平指出，去年，我成功对白俄罗斯进行国事访问，卢卡申科总统赴北京出席中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年纪念活动。我们就发展和深化中白全面战略伙伴关系作出全面规划和部署。当前，中白关系加速发展，各领域合作全面推进，在涉及彼此核心利益问题上相互坚定支持。

　　习近平强调，双方要落实好两国领导人达成的重要共识，稳步推进已经商定的重点合作项目。要对接发展战略，加强对合作的统筹协调。要以中白工业园项目为抓手，深化大项目合作，带动两国贸易、投资、金融、地方合作全面发展，推动“一带一路”建设。要加强人文交流，保持双边关系和各领域合作发展势头。

　　卢卡申科表示，白俄罗斯永远是中国可以信赖的朋友，我们对两国在涉及各自重大关切问题上相互支持感到高兴。白方愿密切同中方经贸、地方、高技术合作，积极参与“一带一路”建设，把中白工业园打造成为“一带一路”标志性项目。白方愿在上海合作组织框架内加强同中方合作。
