  公元2016年6月25日20时00分,海南文昌航天发射场,我国全新研制的长征七号运载火箭托举“升级版”太空摆渡车——远征一甲上面级,成功将六类七项载荷成功送入预定轨道,拉开了我国载人航天工程空间实验室任务的序幕。


  茫茫太空,长征家族主力“接班人”来了!仰望星空,航天科技集团一院长征七号运载火箭副总指挥张涛,一直注视着这个全新一代运载火箭,直到尾焰消失在夜空为止。“长征七号的长征之路刚刚开始,未来,它将承担更多使命!”他说。


  长征七号首飞成功之际,本报记者为你讲述与这个长征家族主力“接班人”零距离接触的见闻和感受。


  除了“腰围”没变,其他全脱胎换骨


  “点火!起飞!”伴随着振聋发聩的轰鸣声,长征七号运载火箭划破天际,冲向云霄。

  虽说是“新人”,但经得起千锤百炼


  发射前,有记者问张涛:对长征七号有没有信心?

  张涛的底气源自长征七号的一身本领。对这一点,张涛了如指掌。


  “虽说是‘新人’,但经得起千锤百炼!”在发射塔架前,张涛比划着尽可能通俗地讲明白长征七号的“独门功夫”——


  不怕水。现役火箭发射选择窗口时都会避开雷雨天,而长征七号运载火箭则能实现中雨发射,这是因为新一代运载火箭是做了“防水”设计的。“仅电连接器防水部位就有千余处,这还不包含电缆本体、电缆进出口、仪器本体、仪器与结构缝隙和结构总体专业防水。”张涛说。


  不怕冷。长征七号发射前加注完液氧后,火箭结构温度会急速下降。因为存贮液氧的火箭贮箱外表面有一层10毫米厚的密度极低的绝热材料,长征七号好比披上了一件“防寒服”,尽管液氧温度低至零下183℃,但是火箭外表面温度依然可以保持在0℃以上。


  不怕风。与其他3个内陆发射场相比,海南文昌航天发射场的特点之一便是风大——距地面五六十米高的地方风速要远高于地面风速。为提升抗风能力,长征七号装上了“防风减载装置”,即使遇到8级大风的天气,依旧可以转场,其抗风能力超过现役火箭。


  不怕等。那天合练,长征七号运载火箭低温燃料加注后成功停放了24小时,创下了低温燃料停放时间最长纪录。这也意味着火箭发射有了更多有利时间,发射的可靠性大大提高。


  不怕扰。长征七号复杂的结构,给火箭的“大脑”控制系统带来了全新挑战。长征七号控制系统创新采用了143项智能控制软件,为现役火箭软件使用量的30倍以上,大大提高了控制精确度。另外,在每个舱段中都安装了控制系统,改变了以往集中处理的方式,减轻了控制系统压力。“这也标志着我国火箭控制系统已向全面数字化控制模式发展。长征七号未来成熟后将成为新一代载人火箭,用于发射新一代载人飞船。”张涛说。


  千锤百炼的本领,源自千锤百炼的试验。据统计,仅初样研制,研制队伍就完成了32项关键技术攻关,完成了289项初样大型地面试验。

  它的一小步,是中国航天的一大步


  与长征七号密切接触的这段日子,记者有幸目睹了它迈出的每一步,可谓步步精彩,步步意味深长。


  第一步:坐着“沙发”去文昌。众所周知,长征七号是从天津海运到文昌的。“海运是目前火箭运输方式中,最理想的选择。”航天科技集团一院长征七号运载火箭总体设计人员王旭形象地说,“火箭走公路、铁路,就像坐‘硬板床’;乘船走海运,就好似坐‘沙发’。”从天津港到文昌清澜港,这一步的背后,是我国航天发射“原点”的划时代位移。从此,我国航天发射迎来一个崭新的起点。


  第二步:带着“脐带塔”走向发射塔。垂直转场那天,紧紧包裹长征七号的巨型活动塔架格外引人注意。“这是为长征七号专门设计的脐带塔。”长征七号地面设备副主任设计师吴梦强说,它的两侧装有6根摆杆,内部铺设有加注、供气、空调管路和箭上众多控制电缆,以及配气台和中频电源房间,因此它的结构及组成是最复杂的,这也意味着我国运载火箭的研制技术又迈出了一大步。”这一步的背后,也是垂直总装、垂直测试、垂直转场“三垂”测发模式的巨大变革,火箭待在发射阵地的测试时间从此变得更短。
