根据李某的进一步交代，警方基本掌握了一条非法买卖公民个人信息的黑色产业链，并通过李某查证出这一产业链的信息流和资金链等情况。
截至昨日，重庆警方已查明并抓获犯罪嫌疑人53名，破获侵犯公民个人信息类案件200余件，成功斩断这条黑色产业链。
警方提醒，公民个人信息事关每个人隐私，网络购物要谨防钓鱼网站。网购时，要仔细验看登录的网址，不要轻易接收和安装不明软件，要慎重填写银行账户和密码。妥善处置快递单、车票、购物小票等包含个人信息的单据，身份证复印件上要写明用途，慎用免费WiFi。
