广州日报讯 （记者倪明、林晓丽）昨日，金交会主论坛“2016清华五道口全球金融论坛·广州峰会”举行，吸引了国内众多经济界大咖出席。广州市委常委、常务副市长欧阳卫民出席论坛并致辞。
英国“脱离欧盟”成为昨日论坛的热点话题。清华大学五道口金融学院业界导师、中国银监会原副主席蔡鄂生指出，英国“脱离欧盟”导致英国股市震荡，比1987年10月19日的股灾影响更大。英国“脱离欧盟”反映在全球化进程当中一些逆方向发展的事件。金融全球化之下，以后我们要做的事情和要想的问题越来越多，特别是金融防控风险上。
虽然大部分人对“脱离欧盟”的影响比较悲观，但是中国国际经济交流中心副理事长、中国商务部原副部长魏建国却认为，英国“脱离欧盟”对中国是一种机会。魏建国称，英国“脱离欧盟”，这时候英国正需要中国的市场，英国“脱离欧盟”以后反而对我们跟英国打造FTA更有利。
魏建国认为，虽然这次对英镑的打击很大，但是英镑很快会回升。而英镑近期的贬值，不会对中国人民币造成贬值压力，相反，人民币会更受欢迎。预计3~5年内，人民币将成为全球第二大货币。
