  6月23日,封面新闻(thecover.cn)记者获悉:为了积极适应国家重大核心工程国产化趋势,这一次的“长征七号”发射采用的一体化综合指挥信息系统,包括显示终端、网络交换设备、操作系统、数据库、指挥显示软件等在内,从硬件到软件都将采用国产设备和产品,也就是该指挥信息系统首次全面国产化。而今年刚刚30岁的何亮就是这支操作团队中的一员。


  1986年出生的何亮是四川南充人,现任海南文昌航天发射场指控站工程师,主要负责长七火箭一体化综合指挥显示软件的研制开发、使用维护,为首飞任务提供实时态势、火箭飞行等信息展示,为首长决策指挥提供服务。

  这次长征七号火箭首飞,何亮和他带领的团队操控的一体化综合指挥信息系统,要在领导和专家云集的指挥控制中心,实时提供发射场各大系统的海量信息,十分“露脸”。


  不过,这项工作的难度和风险也是显而易见:系统中几百个显示界面、上万个参数绝不容许一丝差错,否则将会对首长指挥决策带来误导。


  最直接的难点在于,此次发射采用的是新型航天发射场、新一代运载火箭、新“三垂一远”发射模式(指垂直组装、垂直测试、垂直转运,远程发射),任务需要实时展示的数据量特别庞大,对软件的可靠性、准确性要求十分苛刻,用户类别多,要求变更大,工作量大且异常繁琐。此外,作为分系统指挥员,何亮还要做好高强度工作下组员的日常管理和思想心理方面的工作。


  航天发射指挥信息系统实现首次全面国产化


  2012年1月,何亮来到文昌航天发射场指控站工作,并参与该站一体化综合指挥显示软件的研发工作,正好赶上了平台的研制。


  研发初期,由于整个研发团队人员层次新、软件研发经验欠缺,软件研制难度很大,何亮作为当时的骨干力量,每天工作都在13个小时以上,在软件最终研制成功的过程中发挥关键作用。截至到目前他参与研制的指显软件已圆满完成了十余次航天发射任务。此外,何亮还参与指挥显示软件的国产化改造,目前已全部实现国产化自主可控。

  一体化综合指挥软件是对传统指显软件的概念提升。它对测发、测控、通信、气象、勤保等发射场各系统信息进行全面展示,并提供辅助决策支撑和无语音指挥能力。项目组几乎都是像我这样既没有软件开发经验,又对试验任务了解甚少的新鲜人,项目完成过程之艰辛自不必说。然而,就在软件研制即将完成的时候,项目组又接到新的研制需求,而这个需求将从根本上影响项目进度。为了积极适应国家重大核心工程国产化趋势,运行一体化综合指挥软件的指挥显示终端将安装中标麒麟操作系统,而不是最初规划的windows系统。由于系统分析阶段没有考虑到跨平台需求,这意味着即将完成的一体化综合指挥软件不得不从头再来。


  时间已经到了2014年初,windows版一体化综合指挥软件已经经过测控设备综合校飞任务检验,海南发射场即将迎来CZ-7合练任务。这个时候再来重新开发一套软件,对大家来说都是一个不小的挑战。于是,2014年的春节还没有过完,项目组就起程进行软件国产化调研。调研的路线是太原卫星发射基地、飞邻公司、国遥新天地公司、北京飞控中心,最后是酒泉卫星发射中心。


  一番调研回来后,在软件国产化这个事情怎么干的问题上,调研组提出两个意见。领导担心时间太紧,我们这些人又没有深入接触过麒麟系统,而且这些半路出家的程序员中有很大一部分还不会C++(windows版是用C#开发的),因此他支持和公司合作开发。实际上随着调研的过程,这几个技术人员是越调研越来劲儿,越调研越有把握,心里甚至都已经开始想着原型开发。而领导不像我们技术人员想得这么单纯,所以是越调研越没底,越调研越想寻求合作。但实际情况是:经过尝试和公司协商后,在合作方式、源代码共享以及项目经费等方面未能达成一致。这也正合我们几个的意愿,心中未免窃喜。又经过这一番折腾,时间已经到了3月初。当时定的CZ-7合练任务时间是8月份,时间只剩不到5个月了。


  为了保证能够有软件参加合练任务,项目组采取了“双管齐下”的办法:由丁浩带着几名同志继续在windows系统下完善之前的一体化综合指挥软件;剩下的人全力攻关麒麟操作系统下新版软件的研制。我们分析,至少要预留1个月时间制作页面,那么软件平台必须在7月份完成,这是最后期限。基于这点,新版软件充分继承前期技术积累,采用与前一版本基本相同的体系架构。根据对系统的理解和调研过程中的初步构想,我把开发任务分为服务端软件、终端软件和后台数据架构三个部分。其中服务端软件负责数据接收、解算和分发;终端软件包括一体化综合指挥软件、三维可视化软件、辅助决策软件等任务软件。各任务软件均囊括到新的系统中,统一数据接入方式;后台数据架构则是负责服务端和客户端的数据接入方式等支撑功能。多样化的终端接入,是相对于前一版本软件的一个进步。马上开始分工,我负责后台数据架构的搭建。


  随后,大家立马铺开干起来。因为采用统一数据接入方式,后台数据架构搭建和数据绑定方案成为两个最紧要、也是决定我们这个团队能不能干好这个项目的关键所在。任务主要落在王博士和我身上。虽然我有windows版本开发经验,王博士在调研北京飞控中心时应该也有所启发,但毕竟没有动手开发,都感到压力不小,但同时也是动力十足。我们提出了具有服务发现功能和主备自动切换功能的插件式数据中心,和具有订阅功能和实时刷新功能的数据绑定方案。不免熬夜加班搞开发和验证,还好一些初步的想法基本还符合预期效果。时间仅仅过了一周,到第一次周例会时我们就拿出了C/S原型。经过压力和稳定性两项测试表明该原型符合项目需求。这使得项目组和站领导都兴奋不已。


  接下来的任务就是按照这个技术路线逐步开展各项开发工作。项目组启动了 “5+1”、“8+3”加班模式,即每周至少上6天班,每天至少工作11小时,在此之外继续工作才能称为加班。可见当时对这件事的重视和施加的压力之大。首先是完善数据架构和数据绑定的设计,使其更加稳定高效,也更加像一个产品。其次是开发一体化综合指挥软件用户界面。同步开展的还有三维可视化和辅助决策软件的数据接入。然后是界面设计器的开发和控件的制作。到2015年6月份,软件已经基本成型,形成了高可扩展的一体化综合指挥平台(ICS)。虽然还有气象系统数据接入等功能实在后来增加完善的,但整个软件已经具备部署到中心机系统运行测试的能力。接下来就是整整半年进驻场区部署测试、页面制作、功能完善和联试联调。在2014年11月到2015年2月期间,用新研的麒麟版本一体化综合指挥软件、三维可视化软件顺利执行CZ-7H任务。


  顺利执行CZ-7H任务后,多家兄弟单位前来调研交流。秉承开源精神,推进国产化进程,也为了ICS平台更好地优化和发展,我站将所有源代码向基地内兄弟单位开放,向有关单位部署推广,并逐渐在航天发射任务成功测试和使用。2015年9月份完成了测控和C3I的数据连通和任务页面整合,在海南文昌航天发射场形成了基于分布式数据中心的C/S模式数据架构。


  在推广应用的过程中,我们得到了众多参与开发者提出的很好的建议。ICS平台也融入了许多优秀代码,得到迅速完善。如果说2014年是ICS平台成型和验证的一年,那么2015年就是ICS平台的不断优化成熟,广泛推广应用的一年。但是,航天发射指挥显示是个不断创新的领域,国产化也不是一蹴而就的工作,ICS平台仍然存在不完美之处,在未来的运用过程中ICS平台必将不断完善。


  完成ICS平台的开发,项目组获得了两项发明专利,发表论文数篇,人员能力得到了极大的锻炼,有幸亲历指显软件国产化是我参加工作以来最宝贵的一场经历。能够为新一代航天发射场建设贡献绵薄之力更是人生的一大幸事!希望自己能够在今后的工作中为海南发射场、为航天事业作出新的更大贡献。
