　　6月23日下午5点30分，江苏盐城市阜宁县遭遇强冰雹和龙卷风双重灾害，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。央视记者从今天上午召开的盐城市龙卷风冰雹特别重大灾害救灾工作新闻发布会上获悉，截至25日下午4时，此次灾害已造成99人死亡，846人受伤，其中152名重症病人全部及时转诊到市级有关医院，目前所有伤者中已有107人治愈出院。参与救治的医务人员达到1500余人，其中国家和江苏省中国卫生计划生育委员会派来的医疗专家有25人。对重症病人的救治实行精准医护，做到“一伤一医护”、“一人一档案”。

　　截至目前，阜宁县共设置13个安置点，安置1513人；射阳县设置1个安置点，安置78人。每个安置点都实行标准化、规范化管理和服务，保证受灾人员有吃、有穿、有住、有医护，不出安全问题。对遇难者免除火化、化妆等一切费用，并向家属发放抚慰金。

　　截至25日下午4时，所有县乡道路已全部恢复通行，阜宁县和射阳县受灾的9个镇区、29个村居全部恢复供水。13.5万停电用户已恢复供电8.63万户；电信、移动、联通等通讯公司退服的743个基站已恢复685个。预计28日前，灾区各项基础设施都可恢复正常。

　　灾情发生后，社会各界纷纷伸出援助之手，大批志愿者现场开展志愿服务，应急救灾物资陆续送往灾区。截至26日上午10时，已收到各类捐款7713万元。（央视记者 赵钱江）
