　　【对话人物】冯宇宁，男，陕西省2005年高考理科第一名。高考成绩729分，高中毕业于西安博迪学校，考上清华大学数理基础科学专业，清华大学博士毕业后回到西安，现在是微波工程师。【对话背景】今天既是我省高考成绩公布的日子，也是中考的第一天。华商报从我省历届高考第一名中选择了这么一位比较特殊的“过来人”：他的中考成绩并不突出，高中就读学校并非五大名校，曾高考落过榜，也获得过高考第一名。

　　我们希望用他的经历告诉所有正参加中考和完成高考的同学们，一时的黯淡和出彩都不重要，这只是你人生这场马拉松中经历的一个瞬间，仅此而已。

　　当年中考成绩和西安考生没法比

　　华商报：你当年的中考成绩如何？

　　冯宇宁：中考成绩是我们全县第二，我老家在长武县农村，高中之前的学业都是乡村学校完成的，虽然中考名次听起来还不错，但那个成绩和西安各个中学的中考成绩不能比，说得不好听点，有点像矬子里面拔将军。

　　华商报：你是怎么选择最终就读的高中的？

　　冯宇宁：当时还有一些名校向我发出过邀请，综合考虑后，我选择了我就读的学校。因为这个学校给我所有费用都是全免的，我只需要带几件换洗衣服去就行了。除了经济方面的原因，还因为当时这个学校是住宿制，更加契合我当时的状况。

　　华商报：为什么中考成绩一般还受到那么多学校青睐，你觉得是什么原因？

　　冯宇宁：我一直喜欢学物理，初三时参加全国物理竞赛获得过一等奖，可能跟这个有很大的关系，我的爱好和兴趣在关键时刻帮助了我。

　　学习是孩子的事家长没必要事必躬亲

　　华商报：你怎么看待父母在孩子学业中的作用？

　　冯宇宁：我的父母都是农民，学习上虽然帮不上什么忙，但也是尽他们所能给我鼓励，希望我能努力学习出人头地。学习都是自己的事情，我觉得很多父母为了孩子学习付出很多是个很奇怪的现象，从我和我身边的同学的经历来看，我并不认为父母一直在身边事无巨细照顾是对孩子有利的事情，很多被父母精心照顾的学生上了大学之后，反倒会出现反作用，甚至开始疯玩。而经历过挫折的孩子抗压能力更强。

　　华商报：能不能给家长们提一些建议？

　　冯宇宁：从小就培养孩子好的学习习惯，尽量培养孩子自主学习的能力，关键节点给孩子合理建议而不是下命令和要求，学习是孩子自己的事情，家长没必要事必躬亲。回想起来，我高中时候住校，一年就寒暑假回去两次。

　　第一次高考落榜第二次考了全省理科第一

　　华商报：第一年高考成绩如何？听说落榜了？

　　冯宇宁（笑）：当年是先报志愿后出分数，第一年确实比较“二”，只报了一个志愿，就是清华，最后成绩出来了，675分，在我们学校也不是最高，跟我所选的专业差了14分，所以落榜了。

　　其实，有时候人生就得走一些弯路，现在回头想一想，也没有什么后悔的，相反我倒觉得比别人多了一些经历，我跟落榜生也会有共同语言，因为有相似的经历嘛。

　　华商报：谁也没想到复读一年你竟然成了2005年陕西省理科第一名？

　　冯宇宁（笑）：这就是人常说的“祸兮福所倚，福兮祸所伏”，所以不必太过在意某一次的出彩或者失利。

　　为何回到西安？北京房价贵 安家成本大

　　华商报：第二年还是填报了原来的专业？有没有经验跟高考生们分享？

　　冯宇宁：对，还是选择了跟物理相关的专业，这也是我的兴趣所在。建议高考生填报志愿时除了考虑兴趣爱好，还要注意第一志愿和第二志愿拉开档次，如果两个志愿录取成绩相当，就很有可能出现滑档的现象。

　　华商报：去年博士毕业，你怎么又回到西安了？

　　冯宇宁：哈哈，主要是因为北京房价太贵了，安家立业成本太大，我们实验室五个人，两个继续攻读博士后，一个留在北京，一个去了南京，我回了西安。

　　华商报：还有什么经验想跟初高中学生们分享？

　　冯宇宁：无论你处于什么位置或状态，都不必太过在意，人生就是一场马拉松，不是百米冲刺，一时的出彩和黯淡都不重要，这些都是你人生长河中的一瞬间。 华商报记者肖琳
