闵银华介绍了我市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目环评审批情况。他说，我市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的焚烧及烟气治理技术是可行的。研究表明，当烟气温度在220℃— 400℃时，最易产生二噁英，当温度高于800℃时，极短时间内即可使烟气中的二噁英分解。我市垃圾发电项目采用德国先进的机械炉排炉焚烧技术，超高温大 于850℃，充分的燃烧时间大于2秒，确保燃烧完全。同时采用布袋除尘器、活性炭吸附等措施，能够满足烟气中二噁英排放达到国家规定的排放标准。
刘名超说，根据我国法律，公民举行集会、游行、示威活动，应当严格依照法律规定向公安机关提出申请并获得许可，听从公安民警的指挥和引导，在指定的路线和区域内进行。严禁未经许可举行任何形式的集会、游行、示威活动，法律规定不需要申请许可的除外；严禁利用手机短信、微信、互联网等方式煽动组织非法集会、游行、示威活动。
