IT资讯讯 6月25日，国家互联网信息办公室发布《互联网信息搜索服务管理规定》(以下简称《规定》)。国家互联网信息办公室有关负责人表示，出台《规定》旨在规范互联网信息搜索服务，促进互联网信息搜索行业健康有序发展，保护公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益，维护国家安全和公共利益。
此次发布的搜索服务管理规定当中的亮点之一是明确了互联网信息搜索服务提供者在提供服务时应当履行的义务，具体如下：
一是建立健全各项信息安全管理制度，不得提供含有法律法规禁止的信息内容；二是在提供服务过程中发现搜索结果明显含有法律法规禁止内容的信息、网站及应用，应当停止提供相关搜索结果，保存有关记录，并及时向国家或者地方互联网信息办公室报告；三是不得通过断开相关链接或者提供含有虚假信息的搜索结果等手段，牟取不正当利益；四是提供客观、公正、权威的搜索结果，不得损害国家利益、公共利益，以及公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益；五是提供付费搜索信息服务，应当依法查验客户有关资质，明确付费搜索信息页面比例上限，醒目区分自然搜索结果与付费搜索信息，对付费搜索信息逐条加注显著标识；六是提供商业广告信息服务，应当遵守相关法律法规；七是应当建立健全公众投诉、举报和用户权益保护制度，在显著位置公布投诉、举报方式，主动接受公众监督，及时处理公众投诉、举报，依法承担对用户权益造成损害的赔偿责任。
