　　25日晚，成都城北一公园内，一场放飞萤火虫的活动吸引了不少市民驻足。主办方称，放飞的萤火虫共有10万只。现场，工作人员打开一个透明玻璃箱，萤火虫齐飞而出，引起全场沸腾。有的萤火虫向上腾飞，绿光照亮了部分夜空；有的则落在了地上，几个小孩蹲下身，认真地捡起来。不少市民逮住了正在飞舞的萤火虫，将其放入杯中。

　　6月26日，华希昆虫博物馆馆长赵力对此明确表示反对。他说，放飞的10万只萤火虫将在3天到一周内，全部死亡。萤火虫对生存环境有着较为苛刻的要求，一旦离开原产地，难以存活。即便是相当好的环境，要改造成适合萤火虫生长的栖息地环境，也要经历一个较长的周期。如果什么都不做，就把萤火虫原地放飞，死亡率将达到100%。

　　赵馆长说，许多举办类似活动的主办方声称，放飞的萤火虫是人工饲养，实际上，从成本和养殖难度上看，如此大规模的萤火虫展示不可能来自人工养殖，很多活动的萤火虫都是从不同的地方捕捉而来。萤火虫虽能养殖，但国内目前真正的萤火虫养殖场少之又少，要达到十万只的可能性更是极低。

　　赵馆长说，萤火虫适宜生活在潮湿阴凉的山沟里，建议市民到川西去观赏。此外，成都西部也有不少萤火虫。
