韩媒：中俄元首发表联合声明 反对在韩部署萨德|习近平|萨德|联合声明_新闻资讯

　　【环球网报道 记者 李小飞】据韩国《中央日报》6月27日报道，中国国家主席习近平和俄罗斯总统普京三天内两次发表了包含反对在韩部署萨德反导系统内容的联合声明。

　　报道说，两国首脑继23日的上合组织(SCO)联合声明后，又于25日在北京进行会谈，并发表了联合声明。两份声明中均包括反对部署萨德的内容。

　　两位首脑在联合声明中强调，应通过政治外交途径解决半岛问题。反对域外势力在东北亚地区加强军事存在。他们还表示，反对以应对朝鲜核导计划为借口，在东北亚地区部署作为美国全球反导系统太平洋地区组成部分的新的反导据点。

　　《中央日报》指出，中俄双方明确了反对萨德的立场。

　　据了解，萨德反导系统是美国末端高空区域防御系统的核心手段，拦截高度达40-150公里。美国主张称，韩军拥有的“爱国者”PAC-2拦截导弹的拦截高度仅为20公里，因此如果美国在韩国部署萨德系统，韩国将可以更有效地拦截来自朝鲜的弹道导弹。但中俄两国对此表示反对并指出，在韩国部署萨德系统意味着美国的全球导弹防御系统覆盖范围进一步扩大。这势必会对东北亚地区的战略形势带来负面影响。
