高通方面表示，已经与国内众多手机企业签署专利许可协议，包括华为、中兴、TCL、小米、奇酷、天宇朗通、海尔、联想、格力等，但目前魅族、OPPO、vivo还未达成最终专利授权协议。最新进展魅族已经回应高通专利诉讼，表示很失望。

消息人士称，OPPO正在协调与高通签署专利授权协议，预计在这两周内搞定。
