据中国电子商务研究中心测算,英国“脱离欧盟”导致英镑、欧元汇率暴跌,将直接影响出口产品价格。以英镑为例,价格不变的情况下,跨境出口电商的利润直接缩水10%,价格的调整必然带来整个销售额的下跌,未来一段时间,跨境出口电商在欧洲市场将会遇到“寒冬”。

除此之外,对于欧洲卖家而言,除了汇率之外,也缺失了一条绝佳的进口通道。

张周平介绍,目前英国也是跨境出口电商物流的欧洲中转站的角色,英国一直执行比较宽松的进口申报政策,很多目的地为欧洲的货物都会选择以英国作为中转地,但英国“脱离欧盟”后,因为英国和欧盟其他国家不能自由贸易了,也就是会产生关税,所以也会造成影响。

由于目前跨境出口电商的利润相对不是那么高,缺乏核心竞争力,一方面英国又是该电商的主要出口国,同时也负责其中转至欧盟其他国家的货物,那么此次英国“脱离欧盟”公投后将受重挫,甚至出现价格和利润倒挂。

渠道和物流是竞争关键

张周平认为,目前不少出口电商也拥有核心竞争力,只要积极应对,并努力进行价格调整,还是有希望实现平稳过渡。

张周平还认为,英国“脱离欧盟”对很多出口电商而言是一次不可抗力,这也是出口企业经常会遇到的国家和国家之间政策调整、汇率波动等风险,对于出口电商企业而言,必须加强企业产品的核心竞争力才是关键。

当然,对于跨境进口电商而言,除了降价刺激消费带来的短暂欢愉之外,同样也需要正视目前市场激烈的竞争局面。

不过,相对于英、欧的跌势,日元的飙升却让“日代”的成本上升。因而对于跨境电商而言,汇率波动的利好是短暂的,利空同样存在。

要想在众多的电商平台中胜出,难免会进行价格战。而为了实现低价的同时保证商品品质以及利润,就需要商家能够掌握渠道和物流。

叶曼曼表示,目前一些大品牌的跨境电商在国外都尚未布局其物流,如果有自有品牌或参股控制的物流公司,可以比同行节省10%以上的成本。此外,相对在市场直采,通过厂商获得一手货源也能够进一步节省成本同时保证品质。

不过叶曼曼也坦言,对于跨境电商而言最烧钱最关键的部分还是在国内的运营和营销上。
