该老板随即介绍了他们平台催收团队的负责人杨霞(化名),一个看起来比较温婉的女性,而据其介绍,他们催收团队的大部分员工也都是女性。

女孩子比较容易沟通

杨霞所在的P2P公司主要是做车贷业务。她介绍了他们平台的催款流程。她表示,作为公司内部的催收团队,只要项目一有逾期,就马上会有人介入进行催收,如果电话催收没有效果,后续才会上门催收,而如果上门催收也不能完成,然后可能会走法律程序,进行诉讼或者进行外包处理。

杨霞对《每日经济新闻》记者讲述了她的一次催收经历:一个借款人借款到期之后不还款,而且态度很恶劣,打电话也不接,非常不配合,还很难找到人。后来好不容易找到了借款人,于是杨霞带人上门去进行催收,当时借款人刚好和朋友一起,她抓住了借款人比较爱面子的这一心理,没有在借款人的朋友面前暴露其借款行为,于是她最终成功地将抵押物品带走。

“其实我们团队女孩子居多,不只电话催收,上门的也有女孩子。”杨霞表示。根据介绍,他们的催收团队其实很小,总共也就不到10人,其中80%是女性。女孩子比较容易沟通,男孩子性格可能比较容易冲动,所以容易引起冲突。

一般不在上午打电话

据杨霞介绍,他们团队的催收人员平均每天可能会打100多个电话进行催收,“并不是说有那么多的案子,也不是说打给一个人,那肯定是不行的,而是过去没有催收成功的案子可能会定时打一下,还有就是遇到有的电话不接或者关机的,需要重复拨打。”

他们催收电话一般不会在上午打,会在中午以后才开始打。“很多客户还是会比较讲究,不要上午或者早上就开始打电话。”杨霞表示,“还是要给别人留一个空间。”

杨霞认为,电话催收也会遇到一些态度不好的人,该强势的时候还是应该强势起来。不过,她并不赞成恐吓或者讽刺客户。“主要还是要给客户讲清楚我们的程序,如果客户不还钱的话,可能会给他们带来哪些危害。告诉客户如果不还的话,我们就会走法律程序起诉客户。这种时候你给他讲清楚,可能以后会影响他的信用状况。”

“除非恶意赖账的,才会觉得信用无所谓,大部分客户还是不愿意走到这一步。”杨霞表示,这也有赖于平台前期的风控管理,毕竟前期的风控程序走完,挑选的客户还是很有用的。

前述广东地区P2P平台人士也表示,其实催收只是事后、出了风险后的一种手段,关键还是事前的风控防范,看借款人的资质和是否有重复的抵押物。

据杨霞介绍,按照他们的催收程序走下来,98%的逾期都可以催回来,还有小部分实在催不回来的,可能会找外包公司,但是这个数量就已经是非常少的了。

当然,前述P2P平台的单子是比较小的单子。一位单笔金额上千万元的小贷公司信贷经理则告诉《每日经济新闻》记者,他们采用的方法就是要抵押物、走法律程序、跟紧客户,“客户到哪里,你就跟到哪里。”
